Every moment is precious I forget to just observe
Life is but a vapor, your here and then your gone
Your life you cannot choose but the right choices you can make to direct it
Forgotten are the ones you leave behind or the ones who fail to follow
Every last breath is counted even if it slowly phases out from one life to the next
We forget to laugh and be free the hustle and bustle of this life hold us down
The cries of many are silent and some are very relevant
Like a baby you come in crying and as Elder you go out the same
To be held hugged or touched are just the beginning of the basic needs in life
Time is all we have but we fail to stop looking at the clock
Rest is where patience is cultivated and freedom reigns
Remember that you steer the boat
Make every second matter and every breath count
Change is in the palm of your hands rest assured you will find peace if you pursue it
Everything you entertain is a choice its up to you to take the time to decide whats precious
Love every moment for every moment passes quickly
