So I am down about 7 pounds after 12 days! One thing that I will start doing is exercising, even if its just a walk. Exercise will help increase the process, it just fitting it in with a toddler this means I must get up early and do it! I did't eat much of anything exciting today, I grazed a lot. Breakfast was the same, and lunch never really happened I just snacked all day, on carrots and hummus, banana and peanut butter, almonds, a hard boiled egg and then chilly for dinner. I didn't prep anything new although tomorrow I will be doing that because I am out of meals. I am also going to bed early tonight, in hopes that I will get up early and workout!!
